Great place, great for christmas. I loved that the hotel was brand-new and clean. Breakfast was tasty, lots of options. There was EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING staff and the service was brilliant.

It's decent base for sightseeing and exploring Bamberg. Rooms are big and the bed is comfy. The property's location is great;)))
